Crustless Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips gluten-free
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9-inch pie dish
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix until smooth
Stir in the gluten-free chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using
Add the baking powder and salt to the mixture, and mix until well combined
Pour the batter into the greased pie dish and spread it evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the crustless pie to cool before serving
