Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Lettuce leaves, for garnish
  • Tomato slices, for garnish
  • Red onion slices, for garnish

Instructions:

Put the ground beef, balsamic vinegar, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl

To mix the flavors together, mix them well

It's time to set these 12 small slider patties aside

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat

Put the slider patties on the grill and cook them for two to three minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

If you'd rather, you can cook them in a skillet instead

Make the honey jalapeno aioli while the sliders are cooking

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, honey, finely diced jalapeno pepper, and Dijon mustard

You can change how spicy it is by adding more or less jalapeo

Remove the sliders from the grill or pan once they are done cooking

Spread a lot of the honey jalapeno aioli on the bottom half of each slider bun before putting them together

Put a slider patty that has been cooked on top of the bun that has aioli on it

Place a leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a slice of red onion on top of the patty

Put the top half of the slider bun on top of the toppings to finish

Enjoy the hot Balsamic Rosemary Sliders with Honey Jalapeno Aioli!
