Pumpkin Brownies
The rich chocolate flavor and seasonal pumpkin flavor in these brownies make them a real treat. These are great for fall parties or any time you want a warm treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased
Put the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree in a large bowl and mix them together until everything is well mixed
Mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared
In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the brownies cool in the pan for a while before cutting them up and serving them
